Lost or Damaged Shipments

You will receive a 100% refund if the shipment is lost or damaged during the shipping process.

Returns – Non‑Food Products
You have the right to return non‑food products within 15 days after delivery. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

Returns – Food Products
You have the right to return food products within 7 days after delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.

Pre‑Dispatch Refunds
Before the product is dispatched and you receive the tracking number, you may request a full refund of your payment. After dispatch, we are unable to issue a refund except as outlined above.

Customs Duties & Regulations
As per our shipping policy, when ordering from men‑masr.com, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. For information about customs, import duties, and clearance requirements, please contact your local customs authority.

Perishable Goods (Foodstuffs) – Customs Clearance
Shipments containing foodstuffs require prompt clearance and payment of duties to ensure compliance with local regulations and to preserve product integrity. If the consignee fails to pay duties, provide required documentation, or respond to carrier communications, the shipment will be destroyed and not returned, as food products are no longer eligible for use once clearance deadlines are missed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Damage Claims
If your shipment is broken or damaged, please include the following in your request:

    • Weight and number of pieces damaged
    • Photo of outer and inner packaging
    • Photos of the broken/damaged contents
